7 Minute Workout, Get fit in less time

A 7 minute workout to beef up your energy levels to keep the day running simply sounds fascinating. This express workout is making a lot of buzz about it's effectiveness. To perform this simple 7 minute workout you just need your body, a chair, a wall and seven minutes or more if you could spare.

The seven minute routine involves 12 high-intensity exercises (HIIT) that use your body weight to keep it in shape. This workout is backed up by a study that is published in American College of Sports Medicine's Health & Fitness Journal in its May issue. According to the study this workout is the best way to lose weight and improve muscular and cardiovascular fitness.

The 12 high intensity interval training exercises can be performed in 7 minutes that can give you maximum benefits in less time. Each exercise should be performed for 30 seconds with a rest of 10 seconds between every exercise. The 7 minute workout can be repeated 2 or 3 times for more intensity.

The person practicing seven minute workout might experience some discomfort in the starting but performing this daily will cut down the feeling.
