How much calcium does a child need to keep their bones strong is the most concerning question to many parents.

Calcium plays a significant role in the growth of strong and healthy bones. Milk and other dairy products are rich source of calcium.

Consuming 1/4 liter milk, 45 grams cheese and 200 grams yogurt daily will provide required 1000 mg calcium per day.

Calcium is also found in foods like bread, fresh leafy vegetables, oranges, grapes, dry fruits and almonds etc.
